dc.description.abstract Human life changes due to the drastic and continuous change of technology. The same is the case with business environment where changing trends and events call for adaptability and strategic shift in the organization’s vision and mission. Many large organizations have been wiped away as they either resisted the change or denied it altogether. In this project, we have thoroughly analyzed the traditional recruitment processes vis-à-vis the modern fast growing and emerging E-recruitment through advanced gamification techniques. We conducted this research with major focus on Engro Foods – a large enterprise still using traditional recruitment techniques. The main aim of the study is to device a modern E-Recruitment Program and suggest the same to the company under study while keeping focus on displaying the merits of Recruitment and demerits of traditional recruitment programs. E-Recruitment ensures that company gets a fair share of quality applicants, besides saving a lot of time, money and paperwork. E-Recruitment also helps companies to establish a database of applicants where they don’t necessarily have to go through the cycle of recruitment every time, when they decide to hire people. It is also possible for company to put in an effective screening mechanism through advanced digitally intelligent software – that can sort out huge data in minutes. The interaction with Engro Foods has brought into the light that the company is still using the traditional recruitment techniques where candidates are not fully tested on all their skill levels and there are plenty of loopholes where incompetent candidates can have their way into the organization. The whole HR Division needs a strategic overhauling and E-Recruitment can be a foundation stone and the first step in the right direction. This study highly recommends Engro Foods to implement E-Recruitment in their organization. en_US
