Conducting Job Analysis to Enhance Effectiveness of the Company.

Abstract

We have chosen VIVO for this project. Vivo is a mobile telecom company which offers mobile phones. Aims of our project are to craft job descriptions and job specifications of Vivo Electric Pvt Ltd, Islamabad. The job analysis method includes gathering information about the job, i.e. what a worker does on the job. This idea is explained by the lack of well JDs in "Vivo Electric" which inevitably contribute to the recruiting of unqualified / inexperienced individuals and even overqualified personnel. The Job Analysis method adopted is "FJA (Functional Job Analysis)"And our primary way of getting data or information about work at Vivo is through" Questionnaire" interview and due to covid-19 we collect some of data through online. The questionnaire is structured primarily to get input from the official. The job description and job specification will also help the organization conduct various human resources functions such as recruiting and selection, staff training and orientation, compensation, and performance management
