dc.description.abstract Over the last few years the use of IoT devices have increased greatly and is increasing exponentially till date. These IoT devices share their data directly on a centralized server. IoT devices data is stored on a centralized server which has paved way for security threats in the recent years. There are some issues in the current logistics industry in the form of payment’s issues at both sides, GPS location issues, Orders getting misplaced by the delivery officers and to resolve such issues we are integrating the GPS tracking system with the Blockchain technology. To eliminate such issues our literature review will focus on storing the data’s hashes on a Blockchain server, due to its decentralized nature, transparency, and immutable nature Blockchain technology is termed as secured. Ganache is an Ethereum based Blockchain which will be used in our project. Truffle would be used which provides development environment and with the help of truffle we can easily deploy our smart contracts on a personal Ethereum Blockchain. With the help of GPS module Neo- 6M, GSM-modulesim900a, Arduino mega, Esp8266-01s Wi-Fi module our GPS tracking system is designed. We have integrated our Arduino mega to Blynk app to acquire the data and the Blynk app is connected to the Node-red to acquire the incoming data and store the data’s hashes on a personal Ethereum blockchain. IBM Watson platform is connected to the Node-red where GPS dashboard is created for the incoming real-time data from the Node-red. With this design we have successfully acquired the data’s hashes on a personal Ethereum Blockchain and because of its immutability and transparency everything is secured. en_US
