dc.description.abstract | In Pakistan features of motorbikes are not that much digitalized, they are quite simple and limited, what if there is a portable kit which makes everything digital and tells us the exact amount of fuel in the tank, mileage per liter, range, tells us about the quality of fuel which is being used in the bike, engine temperature, mobile oil quality check and battery’s health, wouldn’t that be great. So, the idea was to design a portable kit which tells about these features digitally. Usually, bike gives us unreasonable mileage because of the poor tuning and some other reasons but a rider never knows about it because there is no proper mechanism, which will tell him/her about the consumption of fuel. Normally, a 125CC bike covers 45 Km/h in one Liter sometimes it gives us a mileage of 30 Km/h but this thing is unnoticed by most of the riders that is why there should be a proper mechanism/Kit, which should give the exact mileage of the bike per liter. A rider normally goes to the different Petrol station for refueling but different petrol pumps have different quality of petrol normally regular gasoline is 85% pure and high octane is (94%- 97%) pure. Unfortunately in Pakistan, most of the pumps give regular gasoline which is only (78%-83%) pure, that is why it is important to keep a check on quality. Therefore, the state of deprivation was to create a cost efficient and a robust bike mileage kit which can be sold anywhere in the market with its reasonable and economical rates, so that everyone would be able to afford it. The aim was to design, assemble and fabricate this kit in an attractive, presentable and in a neat way so that it speaks for itself and looks in order when placed on a bike. | en_US |
