dc.description.abstract | Purpose The purpose of this research is to investigate that how training and development effect the performance ofthe employees Methodology & Design Research model selected is explanatory. Research was carried out by using questionnaire. The questionnaire was respondents responded to the floated questionnaire. Findings Results stipulated that mode oftraining need analysis, career development, employee motivation and employee satisfaction are employee performance and Training and development has positive effect on employee performance. Limitations Firstly, limited generalizability of the findings as the sample subject was Karachi based only, hence, findings cannot be generalized to other regions ofthe country. Secondly, the present study deals with the all private corporate sector ofKarachi, Pakistan only, therefore it is not conceivable to predict the scenarios ofother industries by applying the findings ofthe present study. In the end, this study has only focused on private organization employees only. Recommendations Before start the training program the best source of information about the organization and employee needs is to survey the employee.
