dc.description.abstract Purpose purchase and the involvement of customer in website purchases. In this research I gathered daia of 248 respondents to show the relationship between customer satisfaction and the website purchase. Methodology & Design: A data of 248 respondents was collected from the website shoppers of Pakistan, and the data analysis was done using regression and SPSS software. Findings: The findings shows a positive and significant relationship between all the variables. Website information quality has a positive & significant impact satisfaction. Website security has a positive & significant impact on customer satisfaction. Perceived risk has a positive & significant impact on customer satisfaction. Design has a positive & significant impact on customer satisfaction. on customer : The research was conducted on the website shoppers only which limits the under observation. Due to pandemic we Limitations: population and a very small group of people have to conduct an online research which limits oui respondents. were Recommendations: should continue to enhance their usability, The website owners incorporation of a site search engine, website, and customers’ privacy and security should be the first priority ing suitable text-inside links, maintaining material on website owners. en_US
