dc.description.abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the resource sharing between two educational institutes (Bahria University & PN School of Logistics) including visibility and performance and to provide recommendations for additional effectiveness in future. Methodology & Design: In this research deductive research approach is used because this study is not proposing any theory but focusing on hypothesis testing. Moreover, study is quantitative in nature and with respect to objectives, study is explanatory and with respect to the application this study is applied research. Data were collected from new sample of 307 respondents through a questionnaire. Data were analyzed and hypotheses were tested with the help of Correlation and Regression analysis tools, using SPSS version 26 software. Findings: The findings indicate that there exists a moderate and positive correlation between visibility and performance whereas there exists a weak yet positive correlation between visibility and resource sharing and resource sharing toward performance. Overall all hypotheses accepted and display positive impact as a whole. are Implications: There exists significant visibility which helps to enhance the performance of Bahria University and PN School of logistics. However, resource sharing should be made more effective and transparent. For the future investigations, Covid must be considered as mediating variable affecting resource sharing since lock down implications have affected the educational sector heavily. The limitations of the study are noted and hypothesis regarding visibility and resource sharing is advised to be revisited vis-a-vis educational supply chains. en_US
