Abstract:
Purpose: The purpose ofthe current study is to find out the factors which impacts the employee
job satisfaction in the hotel sector of Karachi. Employee empowerment, training develop and
rewards are taken into consideration as factors and analyze their impact on job satisfaction.
Methodology: Explanatory research has been designed for the current study and the research is
primary in nature. Data has been collected primarily with the help of questionnaire survey and
the sample size ofthe study is 384. Data has analyzed statistically with the help of SPSS
software.
Findings: The findings ofthe research indicate that employee empowerment, training and
development and rewards have positive and significant impact on the employee job satisfaction.
Practical Implication: The results ofthe study can be applied to the hotel sector ofKarachi and
it helps in improving employee satisfaction. By increasing employee satisfaction, hotels in
Karachi may help to improve employee turnover rate as well.
