Abstract:
Purpose: The purpose of the current study is to find out the factors which impacts the employee
performance in automobile sector of Karachi. Employee relations, employee retention and
recruitmentstrategies are considered as factors and analyze their impact on employee performance.
Methodology: The research for the current study is explanatory and the research is primary in
nature. Data has been collected primarily with the help ofquestionnaire survey and the sample size
ofthe study is 384 and research population were mainly employees and managers from automobile
sector. Data has analyzed statistically with the help of SPSS software.
Findings: The findings or the research indicate that employee relation, employee retention and
recruitment strategies have positive and significant impact on employee performance in
Automobile sector of Karachi.
Practical Implication: The results ofthe study can be applied to the automobile sector of Karachi
and it helps in improving employee performance. By improving employee performance,
organizations may increase their productivity and profitability.
