| dc.description.abstract | Purpose The main aim ofthis study was to investigate the impact ofCOVID-19 on the HRM sector of Pakistan. Methodology The methodology for this study included primary quantitative design with convenience sampling and regression correlation analysis technique along with reliability analysis. Findings The findings demonstrated that HRM practices in IT sector of Pakistan were not disrupted or impacted by the arrival of pandemic. Conclusion The study concluded that HRM practices specifically in the IT sector of Pakistan were not affected by the pandemic. Although the literature of the study contrasted from it but due to the technical awareness and knowledge of employees working in the field, it was not a difficult task to manage operations remotely. Practical Implications This study has further highlighted the importance of IT sector as its prominence in handling operations that are disrupted due to COVID-19. | en_US |
