Abstract

The clinic “My Hair Clinic” was founded by Dr. Mazhar Hussain who graduated from Copenhagen University in 1994. He has a comprehensive medical experience. The clinic not only provides the facility regarding hair transplant but also provides facilities like physiotherapy and dermatology. This clinic has few locations worldwide including Denmark, United Kingdom, Norway and Pakistan. In Pakistan it has two branches which of one is located in Federal capital of Pakistan that is Islamabad and the other branch is located in Lahore. They provide a high Scandinavian ethical, specialized, professional and medical standard in mind with no negotiations on quality, naturalness, or service whether you choose for an operation in any of their clinic. They offer all consultations done through health care professionals. The doctors at My Hair Clinic take excessive pride in communicating with the patient to make sure that the patient understands all the implications, effects and consequences of the procedure to be done and is able to give a well-versed approval rather than just consenting to the operation. Information system for Management decision and strategic support is essential for each and every existing and new business. Few businesses can grow or even survive without setting goals or making plans. That's why strategic management matters. Strategic planning looks at the organization's goals and plans and figures out what has to be done to accomplish them. If it's executed well, the organization's performance should improve. In this report the business targeted was my hair clinic which is hair transplant and aesthetic clinic, the detailed review of industry, mainly this clinic was considered. The methodology applied was interviews from management, customers and other staff. The group members conducted random visits of business. A detailed SWOT analysis, complications and their effect on business were noted. The strategic management of it was examined, their issues, lacking in certain things, their competitor’s management was viewed and linked with their profitability. A detailed analysis on the solution to complications in the form of model has been provided along with future financial projections. The financial projection shows that by applying proposed model a business could grow and increase their revenue in future.
