dc.description.abstract Purpose: The main objective of the study is to find out the impact of compensation practices employee performance of universities of Karachi. Which includes the managerial staff and faculty of the universities of Karachi. The independent variable of the study are financial compensation and non-fmancial compensation and evaluating its impact on empmloyee performance. on Methodology: This research is explanatory in nature based on deductive approach. The data was collected with the help of a research instrument i.e. a questionnaire. The sample size ofthe study was 290. The target population of the study was the faculty and managerial staff of the Private sector universities of Karachi. Quantitative data was collected on a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 . Statistical analysis has been conducted by using SPSS software i.e. regression analysis. Findings: The result ofthe study indicates the all of the varaibles i.e. financial compensation and non fmancial compensation and the dependent variable employee performance. As per findings of significant impact on employee behavior at this study, compensation practices have Universities of Karachi. The both independent variables financial compensation and non finacial compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee behavior. Practical Implications: The current study and its results are beneficial for the employees performace ofthe universities of Karachi which is based on the financial and non financial compensation practices. Universities may improve their compensation practices to improve their employee performance. en_US
