Abstract:
Purpose – The objective of this paper is elaborate the SCM perspective in terms of their significance that also used in organizations and also the study to check the benefits of supply chain practices in terms of both supplier and buyer. Methodology approach ‐ An ideological model which includes hypothetical concepts are proposed about previous principles, SCM methods and SCM results. The purpose was data, using sampling methods. Collected from various importers & exporters, distribution, healthcare and retail organizations. Gap ‐ To read more articles on supply chain management i observe that a lot of articles available on supply chain management but there is no study available on outcomes and also antecedents of supply chain management. however, this study has more focus on the antecedents or precursors and also outcomes of supply chain management in Pakistan. Problem Statement ‐ What are the outcomes and precursor of supply chain management in Pakistan.
