dc.description.abstract Purpose: This research project is undertaken on the topic to investigate the impact ofworkplace politics employee performance, job stress and workplace commitment in healthcare ofKarachi. on organizations Methodology: To achieve the goal oi the study the investigator has used primary quantitative research design along with positivism research philosophy and deductive research approach. For the purpose of data collection, the researcher has used questionnaire and for the purpose of data analysis the research has opted SPSS statistical analysis software, the researcher has used frequency analysis, regression analysis and correlation analysis as the techniques to analyze collected data. Findings: The results of the study unveiled that there is a significant impact of workplace politics and employee performance. While, workplace politics has a significant impact on the job stress and employee commitment as well. Practical Implication: Healthcare organizations should also realize the fact that employee performance is related to overall organizational productivity, therefore when employee performs lower than it has a direct impact on organizational performance. en_US
