The Impact of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) Practices On Perceived Organization's Performance of Cement Sector

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the Impact of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) Practices on Perceived Organization Performance of Cement Sector. The main objective of this study to examine Impact of Green Purchasing. Green Transportation, Green design on Organization Perceived Performance of Cement Sector. The present study is casual research in nature. Current study population is all people working Cement Sector of Pakistan. In this study randomly 300 employees working in Cement Sector of Pakistan were selected as sample. This study is based on convenient sampling. In this study primary data was collected from employee survey with the help of 5 point Likert scale questionnaire. The Jindong's of this study showed that Green Purchasing has positive and significant impact on Organization Perceived Performance, Green Transportation has positive and significant impact on Organization Perceived Perfom1ru1ce and Green design has positive and significant impact on Organization Perceived Performance on of Cement Sector. v
