Supply Chain Practices and Its Impact on Supply Chain Performance of Surgical Industry in Sialkot Pakistan

Abstract

The focus of this research is on supply chain practices and their impact on the supply chain performance of the surgical industry. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of the supply chain by using different concepts. The independent variable Supplier Management, Logistics Integration, Supplier Relationships, Inventory Management and Supply Chain Performance are the dependent variable. The total no. of population 1288 and the sample size was 164 of my research Using the questionnaire, analyzed the supply chain practices of the surgical industry in Pakistan (Sialkot). The investigation was conducted directly on its continuous company in Pakistan (Sialkot). The interviewee was a supplier of the surgical industry in Sialkot and its surrounding areas. The nodes and links in the supply chain are also identified. At the end of the study, use SPSS software to get the results and available data will be discussed, and appropriate interpretations of the results will be made and recommendations will be made to pave the way for future research.
