Abstract:
The focus of this research was on the effects of corporate social responsibility on employee engagement in Pakistan's telecommunications industry. This study has examined employee CSR, ethical practices and environmental practices as the independent variables. Employee involvement, on the other hand, is the dependent variable. The telecommunications business in Pakistan has been considered for this research in understanding the link between the variables indicated earlier. The emphasis has been laid on measuring the relationship between employee CSR, ethical practices and environmental practices (independent variables) and employee involvement (dependent variable) in telecommunication industry of Pakistan. To demonstrate this relationship, a survey was done using a structured questionnaire addressing this literature, in which people working in the Pakistani telecommunications firms were asked to share their experiences by completing out the questionnaires. Statistical instruments were then utilized to determine the outcomes based on the data collected from the respondents. Descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, and other statistical instruments were used in this investigation. According to statistical tools, Employee CSR, ethical practices, and environmental practices (independent variables) have a substantial positive association with employee engagement (dependent variable) in Pakistan's telecommunication industry.
