Abstract:
Purpose
The object of this research is to identify how E-Recruitment shapes the organizations’
performance, the recruiting process of individuals in any organization. It further explores the
impact of online recruitment on productivity, cost efficiency, less employee turnover, hiring
of quality applicants and competitive advantages ofthe organization.
Methodology & Design
Here we had used secondary data in literature review and survey form has been used to
collect the data to test the significance of variables on one another. Quantitative data type has
been conducted. Data has been collected from the HR Professionals ofthe organization.
Findings
The findings show that E-Recruitment has massive advantages on organization performance.
Although there are some disadvantages too. Furthermore, those recruitment sources which
are easily accessible and applicable for candidates strongly affect the intentions of applicant
to inspect the job.
