Impact of Supply Chain Collaboration to Measure Productivity Performance of a Firm in Construction Industry of Pakistan

Abstract

This study is conducted to identify the Impact of Supply Chain Collaboration on Productivity Performance of the firm in Construction Industry of Pakistan. This study explained that Supply Chain Collaboration is developed by different Variables which are Client Relationship Management, Performance Measurement and Supplier Assessment. In this Research our major objective is to build the relationship between Supply Chain Collaboration with Productivity Performance within the Construction Industry of Pakistan. Research Approach Quantitative research approach used for this study and collect information with the help of questionnaire design. Analyzing has been done with the statistical methods though SPSS software. This Thesis can be helpful for the Construction industry in Pakistan. It elaborates which factors and areas of supply chain should be focused more when company want to achieve productivity performance in construction industry of Pakistan.
