dc.description.abstract This research aims mainly to determine the effects of coronavirus on the Pakistani economy. The Stock market is regarded as the primary predictor and the reflection of the economy of every country. I am therefore concentrating here on the impact of coronavirus and its implications on Pakistan's stock market. This study uses details on positive coronavirus-related events, covid-19 deaths and recovered ones from coronavirus and the closing prices in Pakistan's stock exchange for the major part of 2020. Analysis discovered that the coronavirus pandemic impact had an insignificant impact on the closing prices of Pakistan Stock Exchange listed firms. Further experiments may be carried out using multiple variables such as inflation rates, interest rates and economic development, which are linked to the coronavirus. The tragedy of Covid-19 pandemic has seriously influenced the worldwide and Pakistani economy. Major bearers of the Covid-19 virus are small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The below research expects to evaluate the effect of coronavirus spread on these organizations and give strategy proposals to help Small and Medium Enterprises in decreasing business misfortunes and make it out from the toughening situation. The most of these organizations had no clue how to deal with the ongoing situation. More than eighty percent said that they cannot survive if the business closures stay for more than two months or so. en_US
