dc.description.abstract Purpose- The purpose of the study is to understand the cause and effect relationship between banking system development and real estate growth Methodology- The data was collected from secondary online for research. Quantitative analysis was done and the results were analysed using SPSS. Findings- The results of the study show that in the presence of the control variables of CPI and economic growth, real estate and banking system development have a positive relationship with each other. Practical Implications- The study will help banking industry and the real estate industry to make better policies to support each other and help the economy to grow. Originality- These are two of the most important sectors of the Pakistani sector as they are in growth stage and have bright future. There is no literature on this topic to help researchers, bankers and real estate people to better run their business and collaborate for better results. en_US
