dc.description.abstract This paper has put the focus on investigating the impact of covid-19 on the individuals’ well-being in Pakistan. This study has focused on unemployment and independent investor decision making as the main proxies of this study. It has been hypothesized in the end of this research which companies have been affected by covid-19. It is generally seen that many industries and sectors working in Pakistan gives high percentage of contribution in the well-being of individuals. Based on this evidence, it is hoped that covid-19 has a negative impact on well being of the individuals. The results are based on primary data that was extracted from the sample size of 250 employees working in different organization. This research has implemented the statistical tool of SPSS v23.0 in order to analyse the relationship of covid-19 affect on individual investor decision making. It has been comprehended at the end of this study that covid-19 has negative influence on individual well beings in Pakistan. The negative side indicates the decrease in the level of efficiency in the individuals for decision making. The findings of paper help the researchers and individual investors to better understand the influence of covid-19 and unemployment on individual investor decision making in the private organizations of Pakistan. en_US
