dc.description.abstract Islamic housing finance which is completely different from conventional home loans. Islamic housing finance works under the Islamic principles of Shariah, where conventional home loans are working on interest. Islamic housing finance is working on the basics Musharakah Mutanaqisah which is in accordance with Islamic principles. This research is to find out the effectiveness of knowledge and awareness, perceived religiosity, usefulness and their effect on intention to purchase Islamic housing finance. This study also aims to find out most important factor among these. A total of 160 respondents respond on questionnaire and data analyzed. The findings of this study show that there is a positive relationship amount knowledge and awareness, perceived religiosity, usefulness towards intention to purchase Islamic housing facility. en_US
