dc.description.abstract The study aims to analyze the relationship amongst personality traits which includes agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism with investment decision making. The substantial impact of personality traits on the investment decision-making would justify the investors and firms with ability of decision-making capabilities. Personality traits such as agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism come into sight as a striking factor to give reminders in investor’s mind and increase the inhibitory control, eventually affecting investment decision-making. The data is collected from 300 respondents out of 410 from the natives that are residing in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, upon which descriptive form of research is conducted along with no-probability technique of sampling. These three elements regulate the intentions of investors towards actual decision. The paper seeks to elucidate and contextualize the said variables to assist investors with agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism to take action in decision making. Results drawn from the study presents that these factors and idea to be the most effective in the current scenario. en_US
