dc.description.abstract This study has sought to establish and understand the impacts of financing decisions of the firm whether on financial performance and on environment of sugar industry of Pakistan. Research design for this study was conducted with quantitative approach using questionnaire method. Results shows that there is significant direct relationship between financial decisions of firms on the environment and performance of the firms. This research contributes the knowledge towards the role of financial decisions of the sugar mills of Pakistan which determine the effects the environment and causes different damages to environment, rise of pollution, destruction of soil, reduction of water resources and also creates major health issues for humans and other creatures. This study also analyze that the sugar mills need to adopt better management practices and play their role in societal benefits for a long period and starts implementing the environment protection policies and user-friendly decisions should consider to impact less. Variables used in this research shows that the significant level of relationship between independent and dependent variable and results are significant. en_US
