dc.description.abstract This project has aimed to solve the problem of Eelum Buliders & Developers after exploring the relationship between supplier relationship management and performance of Eelum Builders & Developers. To prove the relationship, data has been collected from respondents (supply chain members working for Eelum Builders & Developers) through the structured questionnaire adapted from previously conducted Projects. So that solution can be suggested such as better implementation of Supplier Assessment through RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs. Also supplier trust based relationship, Information sharing and Supplier lead time reduction are taken into account. Structured questionnaire based on 5 Likert scale was adopted in such a way that it explains the relationship between supplier relationship management and firm performance. Primary data collection has been done from 450 supply chain members working for Eelum Builders & Developers representing the entire population. Data collection has been done through use of social media with the help of “google docs”. Whereas data collected has been analyzed through descriptive frequencies and graphical representation highlighting the number and percentage of respondents agreed or disagreed with the statements used within the structured questionnaire to investigate the relationship between supplier relationship management and firm performance. Based on the data analysis, more than 65 percent respondents (supply chain members working for Eelum Builders & Developers) have either agreed or strongly agreed to the face that supplier relationship management (supplier assessment, trust-based relationship with supplier, supplier lead time reduction and supplier collaboration) tend to improve performance of Eelum Builders & Developers. Therefore, it has been proved that there exists a significant relationship between supplier relationship management (supplier assessment, trust-based relationship with supplier, supplier lead time reduction and supplier collaboration) and firm performance. Based on the findings and results through graphical representation, it can be said that the supplier relationship management tend to have a significant positive impact on performance of Eelum Builders & Developers en_US
