Abstract:
This project report entitled to “New service venture of event décor on the performance of a Marquee, A case of Majesty Marquee in Islamabad”. The main objective of the study is to examine the financial position of the company. It the process of identifying the financial strength and weakness of the firm properly establishing relationship between the item of balance sheet and profit and loss. The details regarding the Business history and details of the Marquee were collected through discussion with the Marquee’s owner. Charts and table are used for better understanding. Through analysis the company could understand the Profitability of the company. Although sometime it is hard to establish the contribution of marketing in the realization of profits or benefits attained by the firm, yet the contribution of each practice, including marketing, in management of the firms can be scientifically projected. This project possess some discussions on the importance of marketing on profitability of a Marquee. application of various strategies has to be applied intelligently in order to meet the requirement of the generation of more profit through new venture of event décor.
