The desire to get rid of the non-value-added costs linked with trading partners’ relationship and discover basic issues of Nestlé’s related to SRM best practices in Industry. One of key issue is related to VMI implementation, including its benefits/pitfalls and higher service level. An issue can be to identify how to how to integrate Vendor Managed Inventory with existing suppliers, recapitalized or investment Cooperative practices between organization and their suppliers are becoming increasing significant in the light of short product life cycles, intense international rivalry, the sustainability need of company, and increased demands. Although supplier relationship management (SRM) and its claimed benefits have been widely in the literature, most studies focus on examining its direct connection with company performance. As Nestle has huge amount of supplier so we gave an idea to nestle to introduce new systems and apps which integrate suppliers and if the supplier is already getting firsthand information of us remain stock they are going to be prepared in all type of demands. en_US
