dc.description.abstract The primary objective of this research is to identify the relationship between supply chain management strategy and supply chain practices on supply chain performance. This study has considered supply chain strategy and supply chain practices as the independent variables, whereas supply chain performance has been considered as the dependent variable. Quantitative method of research was used and convenience sampling was utilized. Questionnaire was the data collection instrument used to gauge the responses of a sample of 200 respondents. To analyze the data gathered from the respondents, several statistical instruments like reliability and validity tests, correlation and regression analysis have been used. The research findings uncovered empirical results which indicate that supply chain management practices have a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance. It was also found out that supply chain management strategy does not have a significant positive impact on supply chain performance and is therefore considered a weak predictor en_US
