| dc.description.abstract | This study investigates the relationship between e-procurement, strategic sourcing and supply chain management in automobile industry of Pakistan. This study has considered e-procurement and strategic sourcing as independent variables. Whereas, supply chain management is used as the dependent variable. However, automobile industry of Pakistan is the sector chosen to investigate the relationship between variables mentioned above. Quantitative research method was used as primary data was collected through adoptive structured questionnaire based on 5 Likert scale. The responses were recorded from 300 respondents (supply chain members associated with automobile industry of Pakistan) through convenience sampling technique. Responses recorded were analyzed through statistical tests such as correlation and regression by using SPSS Software. The results indicate that e-procurement and strategic sourcing positively impacts supply chain management in automobile industry of Pakistan. Based on the findings of this study, e-procurement and strategic sourcing have positive impact on supply chain management in automobile industry of Pakistan. Conclusively, change in e-procurement and strategic sourcing brings a definite change in supply chain management within automobile industry of Pakistan, as supply chain management increases with the increase in e-procurement & strategic sourcing and vice versa. | en_US |
