dc.description.abstract This study is focused on mainly on identifying the impact of supply chain management practices on customer satisfaction in retail sector of twin cities in Pakistan. This study has considered customer relationship, information sharing, logistics management and product packaging as independent variables. Whereas, customer satisfaction has been considered as dependent variable in this study. This study has testify the relationship between the variables that are mentioned above. The major emphasis of this study has been on assessing the impact of supply chain management practices on customer satisfaction level. To prove that different supply chain management practices impacts customer relationship a survey has been conducted through a structured questionnaire regarding the literature, in which target audience is mainly from twin cities, have been requested to share their experience by filling their responses through questionnaire. Then to identify the result on date gathered SPSS software and different statistical instruments have been used. Results indicates that variables in study are valid, and relationship between supply chain management practices and customer satisfaction is positive. en_US
