dc.description.abstract Supply Chain management has gone from being one more operation in companies' value chain to becoming a strategic tool in the business model of large successful companies during the last decade, especially in some European companies' renowned and multinational structure. The Supply Chain represents one of the most intensive areas in investment, labor, teamwork, and especially in the use of all kinds of processes and information. In the current paper, an attempt has been made to analyze the impact of utilization of data science and Artificial Intelligence in supply chain management. Currently, Supply Chains can comprise many companies, which plan and coordinate their capacities (production, storage, transport, quality, etc.) to bring products to the market at the right time, quantity, variety, and cost. In any case, the lack of information between these companies creates conflicts, forcing the chain to be planned in a context of uncertainty. In this research work, a methodology for Supply Chain / Network Management in the Context of uncertainty/maturity has been proposed. The problem of planning operations in the Supply Chain / Network in a Context of Uncertainty has been raised and Neural Networks have been used to address it. The dimension with the lowest average level of maturity is the Financing and Costs dimension. en_US
