dc.description.abstract Supply Chain Management has received growing attention among organizations. Supply chains supply serves as tools to improve efficiency and competitiveness. In pursuit of value building in chain management, many companies have recognized the need for innovation. The objectives of the study were to determine the new procurement methods used by Agriculture sector in Pakistan, to find a link between the scams and new services of Agriculture sector of Pakistan and to identify challenges facing the implementation of Agriculture sector of Pakistan. To achieve these goals the study used a descriptive survey. The figures for this study included Agriculture sector of Pakistan. The census was applied to Agriculture sector of Pakistan. Data were collected using a systematic questionnaire from all procurement officials and their assistants. Of the 200 sections distributed, 178 were returned to the investigator. This represents an 89% response rate that was considered sufficient to generate the total population. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and transcription model for research purposes. The results found that customization, integration, e-purchase, timely delivery and delivery were presented on a much larger scale. Consumption methods have been used only in limited quantities in Agriculture sector of Pakistan. The return results concluded that new procurement management practices have led to improved operational excellence for Agriculture sector of Pakistan. In addition, it was revealed that key challenges facing the implementation of new procurement management systems by Agriculture companies; lack of proper training, failure to invest in research and development, failure to invest in modern technology and lack of commitment by senior management. The limitation of this study was that time. Key data collection is time consuming. The researcher had to prepare in order to meet the various procedural needs and, at the same time, to make the most of his time. This study recommends the need to investigate appropriate ways to increase the performance of research and development programs in the Agriculture sector that will establish a platform for building and enhancing technology in service delivery management to improve profitability en_US
