dc.description.abstract The main purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of supply chain management practices on customer satisfaction in apparel industry of twin cities. Objectives of this research are to examine the relationship between supply chain management practices and customer satisfactions and to find out which supply chain practice contributes most in satisfying customers. The study also focused on finding positive or negative impact on customer satisfaction due to supply chain practices. The ever-growing fashion industry mainly depend upon apparel industry. This is the prime reason of selection of apparel industry. The research is quantitative in nature. Data is collected from the customers of twin cities. For data collection close ended questions based on Likert scale is circulated in the customers. Results of the study indicated that variables are valid and relationship between supply chain practices and customer satisfaction is positive. This research can provide the basis of conducting research in other sectors as well. en_US
