| dc.description.abstract | Environmental issues are the biggest challenge man-kind is facing in 21st century. Our consumption patterns and lack of consideration of the eco-system has not only harmed the other beings to a great extent but also jeopardized the sustainability of the whole planet. Businesses, governments, policy makers, and even consumers are showing urgency to address this issue. At forefront are the businesses which play a key role in the economic system and are affected by this challenge greatly. As they are the one taking resources, producing products/services and making profits. In light of this, firms are now adopting green innovations and making their products, processes and human capital green, in order to decrease their environmental impact and resource usage to maintain ecologic balance in other words achieving sustainability. | en_US |
