dc.description.abstract COVID-19 problem has a negative influence on the service, Health services, health Care business, and day to day market base business. The aims of study to explain the relation among employees ‘work status, mental health psychological well-being and psychological pain, motivations and profession turnover intentions during the pandemic. recent study contributes to the methods of research by showing reliability and certifying a scale for the presumed threat of coronavirus and Examining outcomes, the perceiving mechanism and border condition of the perceived threat of COVID‐19 virus through conservation of resources theory. The findings of this study suggest that the risk of COVID increase 19 increases the target for benefits among employees through mental and physical health such as mental anxiety and work stress. Required information is provided through online inquiries from health care workers at the medical facility. (Pakistani health care workers) Covid-19 sample data N = 117 sample data generated by PMDC. The regression show analysis shows both direct and indirect results. The results examined that the projected corona cord increased psychological distress in medical staff (β = 0.30, P <0.001) and the purpose of the benefit (β = 0.35, P <0.001). The second hypothesis also served as a psychological concern the active role in the relationship between the threat of COVID-19 and the purpose of profit (indirect effect = 0.13, LL = 0.05, UL = 0.23). The combined effect of psychological anxiety and contractual intentions for profit purposes was negative and significant (β = .33, P <0.001), confirming a balanced hypothesis. These results provide important results for health care managers. Limits and guidelines for future research are also discussed en_US
