Abstract:
Understanding the different impacts that exist among Ambidextrous Employees and knowledge acquisition with other employees by maintaining employees’ paradoxical is the principle motivation behind this study. Information were accumulated from employees working in organization in Islamabad. The questionnaire survey has been used to for the purpose of data collection to test the framework of this research, multiple regression and SPSS have been used for the purpose of data analysis. The outcomes similarly shown that based on the review of research and the earlier studies on ambidexterity that shed light on the important role of employee disposition in ambidextrous variable, it is likely that intrinsically motivated employees can engage in ambidextrous behaviors at various organizational levels and contexts. That is why, it is of utmost important to enhance the common understanding regarding how self-regulatory mechanisms and motivational underpinnings can influence the ambidextrous behavior of employee’s information sharing positively affected organization performance. And it was discovered that proactive personality trait of supervisors had a positive dominant impact on the relation between ambidextrous leadership behaviors of employees. The discoveries of this study subsequently give numerous advantages to scientists and specialists regardless of the presence of certain restrictions.
