dc.description.abstract The objective is to examine the effects of job satisfaction, employee well-being, and job commitment towards employee performance in the context of private bank employee of Islamabad, Pakistan. The quantitative approach has been applied for data collection and 209 sample responses have been gathered as well. The regression analysis technique has been used for conducting data analysis. Moreover, the results have showed that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. The employee well-being has a positive effect on employee performance. The job commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, managers need to realize how crucial psychological well-being is for workers' organizational commitment and work performance, according to our results. So many human resource-based intervention strategies, like choosing and putting employees in appropriate positions, guaranteeing a positive work environment, and training employees that improve employees' mental health and helps them manage their perceptions positively, could all help to foster employees' psychological well-being. Also, further research should look at comparing public and private banking sectors to have a better understanding of the linkages under investigation en_US
