Abstract

When a person needs to avail a service from a salon, s/he go to the salon they know by their self or recommended by friends, family, and neighbors. When they reach there, they ask for the service they need and sometimes that is out of their budget or the seat in salon is reserved so they must wait for an hour or more or the service is just not available. There is no platform of this purpose. As we have rich culture so many events for example, wedding, we need to go salons for different services. So, we do not have much time to go to every salon to ask about the services, rates, and other details. To provide solution for this problem, my application will allow users to find nearest salons along with the map which is a better way to guide users. User will be able to search for service within their budget and the application will give the results according to the conditions set by user. In other words, user can browse by name of salon, services, price range and location. This will help them in online booking for services at salon. In this way user can avail different deals with less efforts and can save time and money. Whereas through the web module, the salon will be able to manage bookings (confirm, cancel), services (edit, update, delete) and scheduling. One additional feature that will be helpful for both user and salon is rating. Users will rate against the services they availed, and salon will also rate the users. This will help users in selection of better services
