dc.description.abstract | The Purpose of this project is to evaluate the stress and its negative consequences and built an alternative school setting. Teacher stress leads to negative state which includes unpleasant emotions. Such as sadness. This appear when events and responsibilities exceed one's coping mechanism. Teachers all around the world have reported a high level of stress based on their working environment. For students to achieve a high level of stressed teacher may not be able to succeed in it. It is also observed that students are associated with bad behaviour due to teachers been stress and burnout. | en_US |
