dc.description.abstract This study has aimed of investigating the impact of hospital services cape on patient positive behavioral intentions with moderating effect of patients’ physical and emotional status in healthcare sector of twin cities in Pakistan. Meanwhile, this study has considered hospital services cape as independent variable, patients’ physical and emotional status as moderator and patient positive behavioral intentions as the dependent variable. However, healthcare sector of twin cities in Pakistan has been the sector chosen for testing the relationship between hospital services cape, patients’ physical and emotional status and patient positive behavioral intentions. To investigate the relationship between variables, an adoptive structured questionnaire based on 5 Likert scale has been used as the research instrument within this study for collection of data from respondents (patients visiting healthcare firms of twin cities in Pakistan). In addition, a sample size of 200 respondents to represent the entire population has been finalized. Questionnaires were distributed amongst patients of healthcare firms of twin cities in Pakistan to gather the data. Collected data has then been analyzed through statistical instruments such as correlation and regression by using SPSS Software. Based on the findings, it has been concluded that hospital services cape impacts patients’ physical and emotional status and patient positive behavioral intentions, and patients’ physical and emotional status impacts patient positive behavioral intentions in healthcare sector of twin cities in Pakistan. IN addition, findings have also revealed that patients’ physical and emotional status significantly moderates the relationship between hospital services cape and patient positive behavioral intentions in healthcare sector of twin cities in Pakistan. en_US
