Abstract:
The intention is to detect the impact of organizational citizenship behavior on job performance with social capital being a mediator through this paper in the higher educational institutions of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. in this thesis organizational citizenship behavior is considered as the independent variables, job performance is given the dependent variable and social capital is considered as the mediating variables. This cross-sectional study finds out the link and association amongst OCB, job performance and social capital in the universities op Pakistan. the questionnaire was administered to the respondents of different universities in the twin cities and the specifics were gathered.
