Effect of Supply Chain Agility and Alignment on Supply Chain Management Performance: A Case On real estate industry in Pakistan

Abstract

This study has aimed of investigating the impact of supply chain agility and supply chain alignment on supply chain management performance. This study has used supply chain agility and supply chain alignment as independent variables. Whereas, supply chain management performance has been used as the dependent variable. However, real estate industry of Pakistan has been the sector chosen for this study and 200 supply chain members associated with real estate industry of Pakistan have been respondents finalized for data collection. Research instrument used within this study for the collection of data from respondents has been the structured questionnaire. Various statistical tools (such as descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, etc.) have been used with the help of SPSS software to investigate the relationship between variables of this study. Based on the findings, it has been found that supply chain agility and supply chain alignment (independent variables) have significant impact on supply chain management performance (dependent variable) in real estate industry of Pakistan. Conclusively, this study has proved that supply chain agility and supply chain alignment are significantly impacting supply chain management performance in real estate industry of Pakistan
