dc.description.abstract This project is based on the proposition of an App which is meant for two main purposes. The first purpose is to manage the complaints of residents in their respective housing societies. The second purpose is to manage the operations which include providing residents with different home maintenance products at their doorsteps. Based on research, Housing Societies in Islamabad and Rawalpindi are not using any App for the residents. We have a firm belief that we can sell such an App to different housing societies as technology is replacing the traditional systems. With the use of such App, residents will be able to view the status of their complaints and be able to receive different house maintenance products and services at their homes en_US
