dc.description.abstract | The aim is to develop a system in a car that helps a driver to park the car accurately in the available space, as parking is a real test of driver’s skills during which most of them stumbled upon while maneuvering car back and forth, This results in car parked in worst manner that usually takes more space than required that reduces the overall available space for other cars and makes it difficult to accommodate the number of spaces allocated for other cars. Recently there are many systems using different logics, coding, controllers, and sensors in additions to those. We are introducing a system based on ultrasonic proximity sensors to alert whether the space is available or not. The purpose of these sensors is to inform the system whether there is an obstacle or not. The output of the sensors is send to the controller which decides to move the car and in what direction according to the code logic. The result is a safe, secure and economic use of the space in parking lot, as today faster, accurate and economic results are needed and welcomed. | en_US |
