| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the research paper is to find out the impact of supplier partnership, supplier flexibility on customer relationship. The aim is to examine that partners who are working in the network and their ultimate impact on the customer relationships. Supplier partnership is chosen to study how the parties involved in the whole process can make collaboration to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Supplier flexibility is chosen to test whether the flexibility to adapt in any environment and process can lead to good customer relationships. Customer relationship is the dependent variable on which the research is being conducted to get the results whether the customer relationships can be achieved if suppliers make partnerships and show flexibility among the processes. Freight forwarding industry is chosen to get the relationships between all the variables. Two statistical tools correlation and regression are used for testing the relationship and results show that the independent variables have positive impact on dependent variable. The result are significant and all the hypothesis are accepted. Tool of questionnaire is used to gather the data, that data is used to get the results. The study will highlight the key factors that how to reduce the lead time, inventory shortages that arise in the network and to strengthen the relationship among the network. It is necessary to maintain and further strengthen relations between suppliers and their immediate customers.
