This study has emphasized mainly on exploring the impact of inbound and outbound logistics on supplier-customer relationship. This study has been considered inbound and outbound logistics as independent variables. Whereas, supplier-customer relationship has been considered as dependent variable. To test the relationship between variables mentioned above, ceramic industry of Pakistan has been chosen. The major emphasis in this study has been on exploring the relationship between inbound and outbound logistics (independent variable) and suppliercustomer relationship (dependent variable) in ceramic industry of Pakistan. To prove this relationship, a survey has been conducted through a structured questionnaire regarding this literature, in which supply chain members working in ceramic industry of Pakistan have been requested to share their experiences by filling the questionnaires. Then, to identify the results on data gathered from the respondents, statistical instruments have been used with the help of SPSS software. Some of the statistical instruments used in this study includes descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, etc. Results derived through statistical instruments have shown that there exists a significant positive relationship between inbound logistics and outbound logistics (independent variables) and supplier-customer relationship (dependent variable) in ceramic industry of Pakistan. |
