dc.description.abstract The focus of this study was mainly on identifying the effects of adopting green practices on the motivation of employees in the banking industry. The variables that were used for the conduction of this study are of two types. One is independent variable and another is dependent variable. This study has used employee motivation as dependent variable and other variables that are independent are green aspects of recruitment, training and development and performance management. The sector that has been used for conducting this study is the banking industry and respondents will be employees who are working in the banks of the city Chakwal. Sampling technique that has been used for conducting this study is simple random sampling. Every employee who is working in the banks has the equal chance of representation. The respondents that have been finalized for gathering the data are the people who are working in the banks in the city Chakwal. Primary data is used for the conduction of this research .Research instrument that has been used within this study for gathering the data from respondents has been the questionnaire that are structured.. Various statistical instruments have been used in the SPSS software primarily to examine the effects of adopting green practices on the motivation of employees in this study. Results have been drawn through statistical instruments mentioned above, with the help of SPSS software. Based on the findings, it has been found that adopting green practices effects the motivation of employees who are working in the banking sector. Adopting the green practices in the banks has a significant effect on the motivation of the employees. When an organization adopts the green aspects of the practices like recruitment, training and development and the performance management, it will increase the motivation of employees who are working in the banks. Conclusively, it has been proved from this research that adopting the green practices in the banking organizations will boost the morale of the it will also motivates them. en_US
