dc.description.abstract This study is about to analyze the relationship of human resource policies and its impact on performance of employees in the telecom sector of Islamabad. The study is basically determine that human resource policies of recruitment &selection, training & development and compensation, has a significant impact on the performance of employees in their workplace. To determine whether the policies have a significant impact to enhance skills and employees performance. To analyze the results previous studies articles help to know about the knowledge in this area. This study is based on quantitative research and collect data through questionnaire. The population is the employees which are working iu Jazz, Ufone and PTCL. The sample size of this study is three hundred ten respondents that rule find with the help of Morgan's table. The unit of analysis of prior studies includes general managers, executives, managers, directors and assistant managers. The data is collected and analyze through the SPSS software to run the frequencies, reliability, descriptive statistics analysis,correlationand regression analysis on the data that is collected through questionnaire. The result of the present study presents that the human resource policies recruitment & selection, training &development and compensation have an affirmative impact on the performance of an employee. en_US
