dc.description.abstract This study has focused mainly on identifying the impact of organizational culture on organizational innovation. This study has considered job autonomy, job security, job flexibility, and career growth opportunities as independent variables. Whereas, organizational innovation has been considered as the dependent variable in this study. In addition, this study has finalized banking industry of Pakistan to investigate the relationship between variables mentioned above. The major emphasis in this study has been on investigating the relationship between job autonomy, job security, job flexibility, and career growth opportunities (independent variables) and organizational innovation (dependent variable) in banking industry of Pakistan. To prove this relationship, a survey has been conducted through a structured questionnaire regarding this literature, in which employees working in banking industry of Pakistan have been requested to share their experiences by filling the questionnaires. To identify the results on data gathered from the respondents, statistical instruments have been used. Some of the statistical instruments used in this study includes descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, etc. Results derived through statistical instruments have shown that there exists a significant relationship between job autonomy, job security, job flexibility, and career growth opportunities (independent variables) and organizational innovation (dependent variable). Conclusively, it has been found out that organizational culture positively impacts organizational innovation in banking industry of Pakistan. en_US
